ACCOMMODATION TERM & CONDITIONS
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
- All guests must treat others with respect and courtesy.
- Use all devices and amenities responsibly; damages will be charged to your account.
- Please store valuables in your room safe or at reception; management is not liable for loss of unsecured items.
- Visitors are only permitted with approval and proper registration at reception.
- Flammable, explosive, or strong-smelling substances are strictly prohibited.
- Keep noise to a minimum, especially when using audio devices.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult when using lifts.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Always lock balcony and entry doors when leaving your room for safety and energy conservation.
- Adults accompanying minors are responsible for their conduct and any damages caused.
- Please respect dress codes in designated restaurants
- Age-related access restrictions may apply in wellness and fitness centres; please consult staff for details.
- Drone use is only allowed with prior management approval.
- Display of racist or totalitarian symbols is strictly forbidden; violation will result in service cancellation.
- Management reserves the right to deny or cancel services to guests who violate rules or behave disruptively.
- The facility is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or losses in the parking area.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
- Tourist tax (€3.95 per person/night from May 1, 2025) is not included in the listed prices.
- Underground garage parking is included for guests.
- A valid credit card is required for reservation guarantee; pre-authorization or charge for the first night may occur.
- Payment is due upon arrival by credit card or cash (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro accepted).
- Check-in: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- Cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival for a 90% refund of paid deposit.
- Cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival and, if the accommodation is successfully re-let, receive a 90% refund.
- Payments made after balance due are non-refundable; however, cancellation 14+ days prior to arrival may allow a 50% refund if re-let.
- No-show on arrival date is treated as a cancelled booking.
FORCE MAJEURE
- We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g. acts of terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory changes) that impact accommodation or services.
