WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?

There is a complimentary underground car park at the hotel.

WHEN CAN I CHECK IN & COLLECT MY EVENT WRISTBAND?

Check-in is from 14:00 on 8th Devember and you will receive your wristband at the hotel reception.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE MY SKI PASS?

You can purchase your ski pass from reception at the hotel.
You can choose from as little as 2 hours up to 5 days.

HOW CAN I RENT SKI EQUIPMENT OR ARRANGE SKI LESSONS?

You can arrange all of this in advance at Valamar Experience.
We will be sending you a Valamar Reservation Number shortly which will allow you to book whatever you need.
Please do this as soon as possible so that Valamar can arrange for your requests prior to arrival.
Equipment will be delivered to the hotel for you to pick up here for your convenience.

WHAT TIME ARE THE SKI LIFTS OPEN?

The ski lifts are open from 09:00-16:00. There are 26 ski lifts & cable cars within Obertauern resort. You can ski in / ski out from Places Valamar hotel.
